• Have unstable angina or cardiac failure;
• Arterial hypertension (blood pressure >170/100 mm hg. art.) or hypotension (blood pressure < 90/50 mm hg. art.);
• Had myocardial infarction, stroke or life-threatening arrhythmias within the last 6 months.
